"I have been coming to classes for over five years now. I've learned some great 'tricks' from Donna, like using my breath in an emergency. I use it often when I can't sleep or feel stressed. And to laugh out loud! I also learned to relax before making my next move, and I've discovered that during the day, when I think about it, I'm at least in first gear. So now I relax during the day whenever I remember. I really enjoy your classes and don't like to miss one; I sometimes have to choose between yoga and paddling when the tide is in and the sun is out.
